What’s up everyone? We are going to be running another summer hangout night which gives you a chance to chill and have fun with your friends and youth leaders. The night is going to be broken down into 3 sections. Here is what we have for you:

First - We eat food. We are going to have bbq all together when you arrive. Food is going to be served just after 6pm.

Then - We are going to give you a choice, Sports OR Swimming:

Sports - Those of you who choose sports will be headed to play soccer and baseball.

Swimming - Those of you who choose swimming will be headed to the beach to chill and swim.

Lastly - We will all head back to the Sturges for a campfire together.

*Please note that because these events are in different locations the event that you choose the night of the event will be the event you need to stay at. We are asking you to choose an event at signup to help us plan supervision accordingly.

*We are going to have everyone sign the High Risk Activity waiver in case you make a last second switch and end up going swimming.

Packing List

• Swimsuit and towel (if you chose swimming)

• Athletic clothes and shoes and ball glove, bat etc (if you have it and if you chose sports)

• Sweater or something to put on for the campfire after

Forms List

Make sure you have done the following before registering:

• Pre screen

• Filled out the Calvary Youth Parent Consent Form 2020-2021 (This form is filled out every September OR if you started youth mid year so most of you will have filled out this form already).

• Filled out the High Risk Activity waiver (everyone needs to do this one). The button is located at the bottom of the page.

Masks are not required for this outdoor event. Unfortunately due to Covid we cannot offer transportation to the event. We will be walking to the activity locations. The address is listed on the side of the page.
